Rianne Aryn
(Pronounced like "Ryan Aaron")
Writing Coach & Book Editor
I've always had a deep love of storytelling and a highly critical eye, which has always comes in handy for evaluating manuscripts and helping authors find their voice. Nothing would make me happier than applying my skills to help you too!

Why Rianne?

Apart from graduating summa cum laude from City College of New York with a BA in English, a minor in Creative Writing, and a Publishing Certificate from one of the most well-regarded collegiate publishing programs, I also went on to work at two famous publishing houses: Bloomsbury (the original publishers of the Harry Potter series) and Scholastic.

During my time at both prestigious publishers, I evaluated manuscripts, completed dev and copyedits, and maintained relationships with authors, agents and editors. My experiences within the industry, passion for storytelling, and soft spot for aspiring authors has given me a knack for spotting manuscript faults and easy ways to fix them without compromising author's voice.

But don't just take my word for it, here are some testimonials from satisfied writers:
Become the Author You Want to Be
You can't get published what you don't finish!

Many writers get stuck in this vicious loop of having a book idea, getting excited about writing, and diving in... only to abandon the manuscript at the first sign of resistance — whether that be writer's block, lack of motivation, or plain old disinterest in what was once a shiny, new story — just to repeat the cycle again!

I know because I've done it too.

Or they fall into the "editor's trap", where they write, read, and either scrap or rewrite everything they've just written because it "just wasn't right" in some way or other; falling into the same hamster-on-a-running-wheel routine as the first group.

Writing this way can take YEARS and still leave you with an unsatisfactory product
You're left with half-written manuscripts, years' worth of pages lost to time, and most importantly of all: frustration. Why is it not gelling? Why can't I finish? What am I missing?
